Freight Management is always looking for energetic, out-going individuals with good interpersonal skills who can adapt to an open-minded environment where you have a hand in our future growth as well as your own. Other qualifications include: attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize in addition to decision making and problem solving skills. Above all, we want individuals who want to work hard and make money! There are currently two types of sales positions offered, one is available at our corporate headquarters located in the Chicago, IL area. No relocation assistance is provided. The other is an outside opportunity.

Job Outline - Inside Sales

As an inside customer sales representative you will be responsible for laying the groundwork for Freight Management's continued growth by expanding our already large customer network and working hands on with not only new customers, but with our carrier sales team within a fast paced environment. Other responsibilities include generating and maintaining customers, preparing rate quotes, handling customers' concerns, preparing appropriate documentation, and working well in a team atmosphere.

Our Competitive Compensation Package Includes Several Plans:

Salary with monthly bonuses of 5-10%
30% commissions with draw
