 Job Description

As an inside customer sales representative you will be responsible for laying the groundwork for Freight Management's continued growth by expanding our already large customer network and working hands on with not only new customers, but with our carrier sales team within a fast paced environment.

Other responsibilities include generating and maintaining customers, preparing rate quotes, handling customers' concerns, preparing appropriate documentation, and working well in a team atmosphere.

If you are an experienced sales representative in the logistics industry, stop spinning your wheels day in and day out getting paid small commissions.  Our reps focus their efforts on their customers, not booking freight, so there's more time to make money, and less time wasted working two jobs.

Freight Management, Inc. is always looking for energetic, out-going individuals with good interpersonal skills who can adapt to an open-minded environment where you have a hand in our future growth as well as your own.

Qualifications Include:

- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize in addition to decision making and problem solving skills.

- Good phone skills and the ability to sell yourself with ease

- Experience in the transportation or brokerage industry is a plus

- Above all, we want individuals who want to work hard and make money!
